Performance and Competitive Performanceis for students who study no less than two days a week, and are invited by the director to participate in the Performance Group. These students will have the opportunity to learn choreography, and perform within the gym for family and friends.

 

Competitive is for students who study no less than four days a week, and are invited by the director to participate in Rhythmic Gymnastics or Dance competitions.

Students who participate in this program may compete in USAIG or USAG sponsored Rhythmic Gymnastic competitions, and/or dance competitions.   

Basic Rhythmic Fun
45 minute classes; ages 4 > 5 
Age appropriate introduction of: stretching, dance movement to music, basic rhythmic gymnastics, and basic technique for handling of the ball and rope.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

One Hour Classes + 

These classes will include age appropriate stretching, dance movement, gymnastic skills, and rhythmic skills with the ball, rope, hoop, and ribbon. Club skills will begin at the intermediate level, and continue into the advanced level.

Victory Rhythmic Gymnasticsand Fitnessoffers a low risk of injury environment, and a fun and positive experience with our recreational and team curriculum programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, as well as performance and competition opportunities.  

Our curriculum combines Rhythmic Gymnastics Training and Classical Ballet Syllabus Based Technique, enhanced with fitness cross-training fitness programs. Victory works with its students towards goal setting, self-discipline, and self-confidence.  

Our programs also support the needs of artistic gymnasts, ice skaters, competitive cheerleaders, synchronized swimmers, and any other athletics that are looking to develop greater flexibility, a stronger core, stamina, balance, and coordination. Individual or group programs are available.

We also offer private and semi private classes for those wanting specific attention towards their Rhythmic and/or Dance technique, in order to improve their quality of movement, and enhance their "performance" quality with their various Rhythmic or Dance routines.
